I have kazaa and i know that's LOADED with spyware and shit. I had attempted pop ups when I wasn't even online. I don't wanna give kazaa up so I just use ad-aware everyday to scan my comuter, and it seems to work. In fact I usually end up with atleast 1,000 "hazardous" files on my pc a week. And no I don't go on prono sites.
And use firefox instead of internet explorer. That tends to reduce cookie disribution somewhat.
