If you forget, you pay penalties.  If you get caught hiding shit on purpose, with evidence, you go to Prison.

He just got sentenced to Prison, so work your ways backward and you'll figure out what he was doing.

Damn man, that's alllllll bad.

I donno too much about the system...but I take it that is a Federal offense, and that means he wouldn't be in jail with rapists and murderers, but only people who committed federal crimes.

damn he got fucked.  thats pretty sad that someone with so much talent would be sent to prison over some bullshit like that especially at this point in his life.  but he shouldnt have been fucking around.

He was in the wrong, but with that said, he's an old ass man. You cant just throw somebody's grandfather n prison for 5-10 years over some little dumb shit like that. It aint like he hurt nobody, he just didnt wanna pay taxes. Dumb shit but that shit is a victimless crime. Fuck it, put him on house arrest and take his bentleys and some cash, that should cover it.
