A very good win... winning against SAS means something coz it's still the most solid team in the NBA , with experience, the best road record ect... the way we stepped it up defensively in the 3rd was impressive  8).. Kwame played solid D ... will have to do the same against Yao... I'm confident, by March , we'll be a very strong team...

Great team effort. Kobe had another efficient game. LO stuck em with the dagger with that long 3. Our centers dominated the second best player in the NBA. Smush was active on D. Great win by the Lakers and an excellent way to kick off the Texas road trip.
Being a LAKER is a privilige. Unfortunately some "Lakers" have forgotten that.

The Lakers as a team were on point tonight. 8)
That's what it came down to. The team is playing great. And damn at the Lakers scoring 62 points in the paint. One of the best games the Lakers played this season. Bring on Texas.

San Joaquin Valley in the Central Valley...

I use to live in the Central Valley. I'd listen to the Laker games on the radio when they weren't on TV.

AI to L.A. Possible?
However remote the chances of trading for Allen Iverson might be, however little it makes sense to play Iverson in the same backcourt with Kobe Bryant, Lakers coach Phil Jackson refused to rule out the possibility Sunday.

"I would not say no about that," Jackson said. "The owner (Jerry Buss) that's been here with the Lakers has always been a person that has looked at All-Star talent as something that he can accommodate and that he's willing to accommodate.

"So I wouldn't just outright say we have no interest."

Nah it's not happening. We don't need him, that would be a stupid trade.
