I don't think Smush will be back next season. Every team loves a point guard, so Smush will be offered lots of money. I think the Lakers will choose to resign Walton instead.

So who do you want for a point guard? Charlie Bell for the MLE?

i think someone who can hit spot-up jumpers and consistently sink open shots would be suitable for a triangle point guard. he'd obviously have to be a good passer as well, but a nash or kidd-type wouldnt be necessary.

even tho i still consider the lakers lucky to have picked up smush outta nowhere, hes too weak fundamentally and isnt reliable at all. although he does get some clutch defensive stops

Farmar? Anyways, that's for Mitch to figure out. If he could keep Smush, great. But I think it's going to come down to Luke or Smush, and since the Lakers already have their PG of the future they'd probably go with Luke.

I don't care how long you practice, nobody can make some of the shots Kobe makes.
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/recap?gameId=270316013 watch the video :o

On the other side of the coin, some of those are careless shots. When he's not feeling it, the missed shots can hurt the team when he demands the ball so much.

I don't mean to jump the gun, but these guys look great right now! If everyone stays healthy I'd say these injuries were a blessing in disguise  ;D

I don't wanna jinx him, but...Smush Parker could actually get a triple double tonight if he keeps it up.

17 Points, 7 Rebounds, 8 Assists, 2 Steals
