These next 4 games should be easy. The Lakers just gotta go hard and execute.

If they show up which they tend not to do during weaker teams.

One game after scoring 65 points, Kobe Bryant dropped 50 to lead the Lakers to a 109-102 victory over the Timberwolves. It gave Bryant his first back-to-back 50-point games. Smush Parker added 19 points and nine assists

KB24 Quote after the Game

"My daughter is outside waiting for me, and I'm sure she doesn't give a damn about what just happened. She just wants to watch Care Bears," Bryant said with a grin. "I'm just happy we won. We needed to get this one. We just had to win this game and get back on track, just for a morale standpoint. We're at a point now where everybody's a little beat up."

KB24 Makes History Again!!!!!!
Yahoo.com: Bryant became the first Lakers player with consecutive 50-point games in 44 seasons, following a 65-point game with 50 against Minnesota on Sunday night in Los Angeles' 109-102 victory over the Timberwolves.

Bryant became the first Lakers player with consecutive games of 50 or more points since December 1962, when Elgin Baylor did it in three straight games.

Only two other players have recorded back-to-back 50-point games in the last 10 years. Antawn Jamison did it in December 2000 against Seattle and the Lakers (51-51), and Allen Iverson did it in December 2004 against Milwaukee and Utah (54-51).

It was Bryant's 17th career 50-point game, including Game 6 of the Lakers' first-round playoff series against Phoenix last May.
