Right now for you East Coast people.  The first hour is about the scientific look at the Hurricane and the 2nd hour is the whole situation about FEMA, mayor, and politics.

Great Frontline.  It gave the history of FEMA, the communications breakdown, what went wrong in New Orleans, and the lessons of Hurricane Katrina.
