I mean its one of the most blatanly formulaic songs i've ever heard.  I hate this song, i hate when people justify the song by sayin "it makes the bitches dance". This shit ain't hip hop, its trash.

Not even close.  Just cuz Laffy Taffy is made by a bunch of black dudes doesn't make it hip-hop.  Laffy Taffy was originally made and marketed as a ring tone and radio caught hold of it.  Its wack shit plain and simple, and i'll never classify that type of bullshit as hip-hop.  Do you honestly not see the difference between Afu-Ra and D4L?
