Snoop actually told the police that the person sitting next to Pac when he got killed was responsible for it. and the shit he said is in a police report, they brought it up in Biggie and Tupac.

Man, there are way too many people throwing around the label "snitch" these days, that shit has got to end. Calling someone a snitch is only really applicable if you live by a streets code in the first place.
