Of The Wand And The Moon - Sonnenheim
Korn - SYOTOS
Always talkin bout the cash he got, the little pesos for shows
And God knows his materialistic raps and wack flows
are like Stay Free pads, fake V.I.P. rappers get garbage disposed
Unrecouped for his flamboyance and reflection
He's leasin rentin and frontin
- Kool Keith 'Haters'

Bright Eyes - Im Wide Awake It's Morning
Franz Ferdinand - You Could Have Had It So Much Better

Art Brut, The Go! Team, Rilo Kiley, Coldplay, and Babyshambles had fairly good albums as well.  No order to that album BTW.
Well she moved in ways
That kept her there in our minds for days
Weeks and months it was
I was that amazed and there she stays
Surrounded by the what-ifs and the maybes

The Rolling Stones album was good, so was Paul McCartney's.

Most hip-hop is now keyboard driven, because the majority of hip-hop workstations have loops and patches that enable somebody with marginal skills to put tracks together,...

Unfortunately, most hip-hop artists gravitated towards the path of least resistance by relying on these pre-set patches. As a result, electric guitar and real musicians became devalued, and a lot of hip-hop now sounds the same.

LOL for real. What exactly is "urban" music? Rap? R&B? Why not just call it black music?
