I don't do neither, but i was hanging with some friends after work on Saturday, 3 Irish [3 Gurls], 1 Dutch, One Stunning Polish Lady, and a another guy from Chec Republic...
They were all smoking weed/harsh and drinking, after a bout a minute i was nausea and felt like blacking out, i had to step out of the room...

naah...im immune to it by now, so worst case scenario I feel lazy and burnt out when it starts wearing off...and I only drink on weekends, but I do blaze everday.
