Lil B, the man who released an album called I'm Gay (I'm Happy) now has a song out called "I Got AIDS", which has achieved trending status on Twitter in a matter of hours. Of course, because it's the BasedGod, it's an "awareness song" that chronicles the onset of AIDS in a young man (World Aids Day is observed on December 1, for what it's worth). It's part of a new mixtape he released today called BasedGod Velli.

There aren't too many ppl who takes him seriously and to be honest I thought this fool was going to be braggin about havin AIDS.

Say about him what you want but the intention of this song is respectable. His "flow" is non-exisiting for the most part, but the idea of the song is good, so is the beat imo. Still, I won't bump this at home cause Lil B can't rap.

Check his other mixtapes: Im Thraxx, 6 Kiss, Angels Exodus, Illusions of Grandeur, Blue Flame, Red Flames, Black Flame, Im Gay, Silent President, I Forgive You, MF Based...Lil B been doing "real" shit, it just gets overshadowed by his popular dummy songs.  This BasedGod Velli mixtape is amazing!  It's just shameful that he doesn't get more love on this board ???

He only sells out shows everywhere he goes...so, yeah, I don't think this Lil B guy is that popular.  The rap game hasn't been influenced by The BasedGod, either. He's just not a factor.  Top hats to the BasedGod!
