 Overseer wcc [3:36 PM]:  in about jan 2001 me and b-please were talking on ICQ. cant remember how we got to it exactly. but it was something i'd thought about before because of the trouble with lack of moderation we were having on dre2001 forum. it seemed like a good idea, so i said i'd jump in. it was oringally called WCA because b-please's site was part of that group.
