The Big Bad Ass

There is more of an uproar than you probably know King T. Most of the republicans I know are extrememly pissed off at GW, and most of them have stated they won't vote for him. The media doesn't really do justice to the general feeling of the country. I couldn't be more upset at Bush personally with his lies, and I was a supporter before the war.

Thanks for the info, Bad Ass.  You know I only know about American public opinion through the corrupted media. From what these newsoutlets are portraying, Americans are almost non existent in their vocal opposition besides a few bickering Democrats. Thats why I made this thread. Keep it coming yall.

I assume you're talking about the weapons of mass destruction.  I think most of america honestly believes they weren't lied to.

Look at it: Before the war, not only did Bush say there were weapons of mass destruction, but The U.N. said the same thing, England said the same thing, President Clinton said the same thing, nearly every senator, republican or democrat, passed a resolution saying the same thing, John fucking KERRY said the same thing, I mean; if Bush was lying about it, every body else was too.

So it's obviously not an outright lie, at worst it's bad intelligence.  I know you hate George Bush, but you have to admit, when everyone from Bill Clinton to the U.N. said that this man had weapons of mass destruction, as much as you hate him, you can't pin it on George Bush.

The second part of it is, most of America hated Saddam Hussein anyways.  Most of us felt cheated when he wasn't killed during the first gulf war, so I think most people don't give a shit how it was done, they're just happy it was done.

Third, I think many americans feel safer with George Bush in office.  It's pretty common knowledge that a Democratic president wouldn't have done shit after 9/11, and we would be even more succeptable to terror attacks.  At least Bush did something.  Kerry would have apologized for offending the world, and gave them money for repartations or something.

Fourth, it is a pretty sad bunch of democratic hopefulls this year.  Even if I didn't want to vote for Bush, who would I vote for?

the U.N. said that this man had weapons of mass destruction

I thin you'll find that Hans Blix along with France and Germany asked for more time to find the weapons before going to war.

See this is why I have no respect for Republicans. You are so used to being force fed lies, you are conditioned to lie yourself. There was absolutely no WMD. The UN said this, the French intelligence said this, Scott Ritter openly said this. The Democrats didnt say shit because they didnt wanted to be Dixie Chicked. Now AFTER THE WAR HAS ALREADY BEGUN AND THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO STAY do you have Democrats sayin stuff. Further proof the whole bloody thing is a sham. Kerry disgusts me, this guy was all gung ho about the war, now he wants to criticize Bush over it, and hes gonna pick some stupid little point (post war reconstruction) to do it over.

yea but the golden rule in politics is that the point of the opposition is to appose

iraq would just get annexed by iran

That would be a great solution.  If Iran and the majority of Iraqi's are pleased with it, then why shouldn't they do it?

Don't call me a fucking liar, you're not even IN America, you don't know this shit.

Here's some quotes for you, you're ignorant of the situation.

Here's a letter, signed by John Kerry, Dianne Feinstein, Barbara A. Milulski, Tom Daschle, and others, from 1998.

"We urge you, after consulting with Congress, and consistent with the U.S. Constitution and laws, to take necessary actions (including, if appropriate, air and missile strikes on suspect Iraqi sites) to respond effectively to the threat posed by Iraq's refusal to end its weapons of mass destruction programs."

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

So, I ask you.  Were they lying about the weapons of Mass Destruction, 2 years before Bush even was elected?  How did Bush lie to them?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here's everybody's buddy, Wesley Clark.  Wesley Clark, who is one of the lead critics of George Bush these days, but held a fundraiser for Bush when he was running for office, LOL.  The Same Wesley Clark who said this, Sept 26, 2002.  YES, 1 fucking year ago!

"There's no question that Saddam Hussein is a threat... Yes, he has chemical and biological weapons. He's had those for a long time. But the United States right now is on a very much different defensive posture than we were before September 11th of 2001... He is, as far as we know, actively pursuing nuclear capabilities, though he doesn't have nuclear warheads yet. If he were to acquire nuclear weapons, I think our friends in the region would face greatly increased risks as would we."

So, I ask you.  Did George Bush lie to him? Is it George Bush's fault that Clark was so gung ho about the war?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

France voted to veto the war.  That's funny; in OCTOBER of 2002, Jacques Chirac said this

"What is at stake is how to answer the potential threat Iraq represents with the risk of proliferation of WMD. Baghdad's regime did use such weapons in the past. Today, a number of evidences may lead to think that, over the past four years, in the absence of international inspectors, this country has continued armament programs"

So, I ask you.  Did Bush lie to the president of France?  He lied to him, too, right? It's all Bush's fault.  He lied to the democrats in 1998, two years before office; he lied to the French, he lied to Wesley Clark.  Bush "Invented' the weapons of Mass Destruction.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey, Remember Bill Clinton? You remember him, right, he was the democratic president before George Bush.  the Former president of the United States.  He may have been  a lot of things, but he realized the threat of Iraq.  He said this in 1998.

"The community of nations may see more and more of the very kind of threat Iraq poses now: a rogue state with weapons of mass destruction, ready to use them or provide them to terrorists. If we fail to respond today, Saddam and all those who would follow in his footsteps will be emboldened tomorrow"

....... What happened?  Why are all the democrats saying they don't exist?  Clinton says they do.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here's the ABSOLUTE best one.  Hillary Fucking Clinton, October 2002.  She's all talking shit now, but In October of 2002, she said this.

"In the four years since the inspectors left, intelligence reports show that Saddam Hussein has worked to rebuild his chemical and biological weapons stock, his missile delivery capability, and his nuclear program. He has also given aid, comfort, and sanctuary to terrorists, including Al Qaeda members, though there is apparently no evidence of his involvement in the terrible events of September 11, 2001. It is clear, however, that if left unchecked, Saddam Hussein will continue to increase his capacity to wage biological and chemical warfare, and will keep trying to develop nuclear weapons. Should he succeed in that endeavor, he could alter the political and security landscape of the Middle East, which as we know all too well affects American security".

LOL WHAT THE FUCK.  How can you sit here and call republicans liars? WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU SMOKING.  LOOK AT THESE MOTHERFUCKERS.  BLACK AND WHITE.  Right here in black and white we have them flip flopping, denying shit, accusing Bush of shit, and they were the ones down with it from the beginning! At Least Bush has always been of the same opinion, these motherfuckers about face more than a cadet.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tom Daschele, 1998.

"Iraq is not the only nation in the world to possess weapons of mass destruction, but it is the only nation with a leader who has used them against his own people."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

John Edwards, Oct 10, 2002.

"Saddam Hussein's regime represents a grave threat to America and our allies, including our vital ally, Israel. For more than two decades, Saddam Hussein has sought weapons of mass destruction through every available means. We know that he has chemical and biological weapons. He has already used them against his neighbors and his own people, and is trying to build more. We know that he is doing everything he can to build nuclear weapons, and we know that each day he gets closer to achieving that goal"

Again, on October 10th, 2002. - "The debate over Iraq is not about politics. It is about national security. It should be clear that our national security requires Congress to send a clear message to Iraq and the world: America is united in its determination to eliminate forever the threat of Iraq's weapons of mass destruction"

What happened, John John? Where'd your balls go?

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dick Gephardt, September 2002.

"I share the administration's goals in dealing with Iraq and its weapons of mass destruction."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Iraq does pose a serious threat to the stability of the Persian Gulf and we should organize an international coalition to eliminate his access to weapons of mass destruction. Iraq's search for weapons of mass destruction has proven impossible to completely deter and we should assume that it will continue for as long as Saddam is in power." -- Al Gore, 2002

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

TED FUCKING KENNEDY sept 27th, 2002.

"We have known for many years that Saddam Hussein is seeking and developing weapons of mass destruction."

"There is no doubt that Saddam Hussein's regime is a serious danger, that he is a tyrant, and that his pursuit of lethal weapons of mass destruction cannot be tolerated. He must be disarmed."

LOL YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME.  I'm a liar, though, right?  Bush lied to us.  LOL WHAT THE FUCK.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

JOHN FUCKING KERRY, January 23rd 2003.

"(W)e need to disarm Saddam Hussein. He is a brutal, murderous dictator, leading an oppressive regime. We all know the litany of his offenses. He presents a particularly grievous threat because he is so consistently prone to miscalculation. ...And now he is miscalculating America’s response to his continued deceit and his consistent grasp for weapons of mass destruction. That is why the world, through the United Nations Security Council, has spoken with one voice, demanding that Iraq disclose its weapons programs and disarm. So the threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is real, but it is not new. It has been with us since the end of the Persian Gulf War."

Now.  If Bush was lying to him, how in the fuck did he know about it since the end of the Persian Gulf War? Bush wasn't even in office.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Man.  Come on.  You call me a fucking liar, and say Bush lied to the people, but how the fuck did he lie to all these people?  You want to know the truth? No, you don't.. but I'll tell you anyways.  the truth is, if there was ANY mis-evaluation of Iraq's weapons, it sure fooled a FUCK LOAD of people.  George Bush didn't even have anything to do with half these fucking people, they all saw the intelligence, they all felt the same way.  They were all on the fucking committees looking at this shit, they all knew Saddam had weapons, or at least they thought.  Now that it comes down to looking like they didn't, you can't pin all that shit on George Bush and give all the guys you agree with a player pass.  FUCK YOU FOR THAT, and FUCK YOU for calling me a liar when I've got black and white quotes to back up everything I say.  The next time you call Bush a liar, and promote Kerry, think about this shit, you sad, uninformed canadian fuck.

I know that constantly proving you guys wrong hurts you guys, and its funny how you guys lined up behind Trauma, talkin about sonning me , lol. This is how you son.
"One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. "Which road do I take?" she asked. "Where do you want to go?" was his response. "I don't know," Alice answered. "Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."
