Year Of Release : 2002

He's been in the game for ten years, all his albums went at least platinum. He is one of the few artists who is mainstream but still has street credibility. Snoop Dogg is one of the pioneers of West Coast Rap. People were anxious about his sixth real solo album, Paid The Cost To Be Da Bo$$ many didn't know what to expect. Most fans are still hoping for another Doggystyle. So when the first single was released, "From Tha Chuuuch To Tha Palace", the opinions were mixed. Everybody agreed on Snoop Dogg's great flow and voice, but the beat, provided by The Neptune's, wasn't received well by Snoops fan base.
How is the rest of the album? If you're not sure about buying this release then this review should help you to get a good opinion on it.

1. Don Doggy (Intro) - The intro of the album. It's got the mafia vibe. Its supposed to show Snoop is now the BO$$. No rating needed.

2. Da Bo$$ Would Like To See You - E-Swift is the person responsible for this awesome production. Its just great, straight westcoast, I love the whistle, whining, and the hard hitting drums make you vibe with the music. Snoop just starts talking. "Da Bo$$ would like to see you!". After over a minute, Snoop is still talking, and I'm waiting for a verse! Suddenly the music cuts and the track is over! I was really disappointed after hearing this the first time, I mean Snoop would rip this beat! E-Swift just wasted one of his best joints for a "second intro". I wish Snoop Dogg would have rapped on this one. At least one verse, kind of like Rage on the "G Funk Intro" on Doggystyle. Oh well, still some great production, and Snoop introduces us to the album. I won't rate it, since nobody raps.

3. Stoplight - This is Snoops remake of the classic Parliament cut "Flashlight". Jelly Roll laced Snoop with this track, a typical Jelly Roll production. Very futuristic, you can hear that from the first second. And you also hear Mr. Kane! He does the chorus, supported by Mamie Gunn, Quaze and more. The beat has a clap for the snare drum, and if you listen close, you'll hear the effects that "On The Blvd." had. The first time I listened to this, I didn't really like the beat, specially since it was so different from the Westcoast intro we just had. But then Snoop kicks off his verse. Now if he's gone flow like this throughout this album, we'll have masterpiece!

"I'm going 65, 75, 80, mashin' down the boulevard downtown movin' like crazy!
In the fastlane high bein shiny, tryna keep the timin' on the track with a diamond in the back"

I love his delivery, he sounds hungry, his voice sounds a lot better! His flow is flawless and his lyrics are dope. Till now this remake is hot! Then we got Snoop doin' a little Radio Show skit during the track, where Soopafly calls him up and requests the track! After that Snoop jumps back into the mix and rips it for another verse! I love when he goes:

"You see them pretty buttons on my stereo? *music stops* ...... Don't Touch 'Em Hoe! *music comes back*"

The Dogg really brings some heat to the table with this cut, and Kokane does a nice job on the chorus.
Now comes a little let down. We got Snoopy Collins doin' some talking, which still is very cool, but after another chorus, Sir Dogg takes the mic and it doesn't fit the track at all. It's only a couple of seconds though, and wow Snoop steps up to the mic again and straight spits! "Half past later and I'm still rollin'". All right this track is crazy! Snoop's flow is top notch, near flawless and Jelly Rolls futuristic composition grows on me every time I listen to the track again. Definitely a 4.75/5

4. From Tha Chuuch To Tha Palace - "Fo Shizzle Dizzle, Its The Big Neptizzle With The Snoopy D O Double Gizzle" Then the Neptune's kick in their beat. At first I hated the beat, and I still don't love it. But it grew on me, and Snoops delivery pretty much saves the track. I suppose most of ya'll heard the song on the radio and seen the video (which is pretty funny by the way).
The Neptune's provided Snoop a "rockish" sounding beat, which still got the typical Neptune's radio friendly vibe. But as soon as Snoop starts spittin, I forget about the beat, his flow is nice!

"But you can run up on the G but thats not thinkin wisely, these pullas are contagious, just like Ron Isley"

I like the way Snoop got his voice sounding now, maybe the quitting of Weed helped him find his focus again. The chorus is still annoying as hell. Pharrell Williams does it and it may not be as bad as "Snoop Dogg Pt. 2" but it's still weak.
Snoop grabs the mic for a second verse and he comes off real nice.

"This year we ain't fuckin with thousands, we playin' with millions living fly as a falcon"

Snoop also drops a third and last verse and rips it again. With an appropriate beat, this track could be one of my favorites.
Oh well, I'm sure this single will still do good on the radios and help to push the album. 3.75/5

5. I Believe In You - Doggystyle Allstars member Latoiya Williams makes her appearance here. This is one of the two dedications to Snoops wife Shanté Broadus (who is also Vice President of Doggystyle Records). Snoop went outside the West and got the help of veteran Hi-Tek do drop him this smooth and laid back production to rap over. Hi-Tek has the gift to produce cuts which are perfect for the subject matter, and he did so on this one. I love the drums he used here, very smooth, but still carrying the whole track. The effects and keys he has on here are great.
Now on to Latoiya Williams. I love her performance here. Don't believe me? Lay down on your bed, take your headphones and press play. Her soulful voice carries you up into the sky. She does a great job.
After Latoiya Goes "I Believe In You", the beat stops for a second and Snoop kicks off his verse with "I Believe In You Too!". Now anybody who complains about Snoop not coming off Gangsta is straight ignorant. This is a dedication to his wife! Do ya'll want him to go "Gangsta shit, fuck a bitch" ? He kills the track:

"See can't nobody make me do what you do
I mean I'm so in love with you, boo
I never thought a girl could make me
Take me to a whole new world and shake me
Love me, hate me, lately we ain't been fussin' or fightin'
You play all day, and I be workin' at night and
The only one who understands my life"

Not many rappers got the gift to switch up their styles depending on the subject! Snoop really shows that he is more than a Gangsta Rapper. "I been crowned King, so I guess that you're my queen". One thing that makes this track what it is, is the blessing of Latoiya's voice. These two together make it seem like its Snoop and his wife conversing. They each drop verses, there is obvious chemistry.
People need to expand their mind, and learn to appreciate all kind of tracks. I'll be bumping this one for a long time! 4.5/5

6. Lollipop - Again Snoop Dogg grabbed himself an Eastcoast producer to lace him with this track. He also got Jay-Z, and D.P.G. homies Soopafly & Nate Dogg to feature on this cut. Just Blaze did a great job on the production, it's one of those tracks where you just gotta get up and dance to the music. The flute he uses sounds very indian, oriental style. And the drums are programmed well, so are all the other instruments. But the leading part of the beat is that incredible flute, which is playing throughout the whole track. Great.
On to the performances. Snoop Dogg starts off the track with his verse.

"You talk to much
Hoe get up out my face unless you tryna fuck
Cause on the real a nigga kinda drunk
And right now the way you lookin' bitch you fly as fuck!
I don't even know if I done had too much
You play too much, I had to fuck
Cutted you up and put my hands on your butt
Rubbin' your stuff and now your hair is fulla nutt! "

Now compare this verse to the previous track! See what I mean when I was talkin' about switchin' styles? Cause here Snoop sounds vicious! The chorus is cool, its some girls tellin' them that they are so fly!
Now Soopa Doopa Fly gots to lay it down! I love Soopafly's flow. He got those Pimpaplicious rhymes that are perfect for this song. I wish he would spit some more, cause after not even a minute, it's Jay-Z's turn to show us his dirty rhymes. He definitely comes off nice, but is outshined by both Snoop and Soopafly. Now Nate has a little outro, nothing special, just to let us know he's still able to sing! He closes a nice track, without a doubt a 4.25/5

7. Ballin' - I had already heard this track before the album dropped, and I've also been listening to the original version of this song by The Dramatics a lot. To call this a Battlecat production may be a bit exaggerated, although he made it sound a lot fresher with the typical Battlecat elements to make you chill to a track. The snare drum kind of carries the whole rhythm, along with the keys in the background. These are the main elements of the production which is so smoooooth! The Dramatics are off the hook on their appearance, they still sound fresh after so many years in the game! They've been down with Snoop for a decade and here they show us its still all love! When listening to this, you need to make sure you are either sitting comfortably or lying on your bed. Its awesome. And Snoop is perfect for this. He goes:

"I love this game cause this game love me back
I'm pushin' it black smokin' sacks like a Mack Mack
Bringin it back, bangin the eight track track
The Dramatics and Battlecat and Snoop like that?
Big stars and big cars we pull up at the big clubs and sit at the big bars
Sippin champagne with a bowl of caviar, hell yeah you are, yeah you are"

I cannot imagine anybody who could have handled this track better than Snoop. Its so SMOOTH! There is chemistry between The Dramatics and Snoop, no doubt. After a chorus, The Dramatics sing a little bridge and Snoop comes back to bless us with some more game. He doesn't rap fast, neither does he sound aggressive. He just comes off laid back and makes outta this beat something incredible. I am not tired of this track after months and I'm sure I'll still bump this in a year. If you paid attention to the tracks, you will notice how Snoop switches the vibe of the tracks all the time so it doesn't get boring.
At the end of the song we have again a little radio skit by Snoop to end the track. How can you not like this track? 4.75/5

8. Beautiful - I was very anxious to hear the second Neptunes track on here. Since this is supposed to be the second single too, I was very worried! Snoop Dogg releasing two Neptune's produced singles? Well, I was VERY pleased when I heard this. The first thing you hear is Uncle Charlie Wilson with : "Ooo Ooo oOoooh" which leads into the very bouncy beat. Makes you bop your head automatically. Sounds like they used some riffs and some keys along with other effects and it all mixes together well. We then hear the chorus, which is Uncle Charlie Wilson singing "Beautiful, I Just Want You To Know, You're My Favorite Girl". Its ok, could have been better. But what about Snoop? How is he gonna sound flowing on here? Wow! He rips it. He sounds real hungry and his flow is top notch. I like the way he speeds up here! After a second chorus Snoop spits a second verse.
His flow is hot, so is his delivery, Snoop is incredible when you feel he's hungry to spit his bars. Now we got Uncle Charlie Wilson just singing a bit and Oo Wee Snoop kicks off again!

"You's a college girl but that don't stop you from doin'
Come and see the Dogg in the hood near you and
You dont ask why I roll with a crew and twist up my fingers
And wear dark blue and, on the Eastside tha'ts the crew I chose
Nothin' I do is new to you, I smack up the world if they rude to you!
Cause baby girl you're so beautiful!"

I was really happy to hear Snoop rip this Neptunes beat! The chorus *could* have been a bit better as it gets annoying after a while. The beat plays till fade and over are five minutes of hot music! 4.5/5

9. Paper'd Up - Anybody who copped the 12" of "From Tha Chuuuch To Tha Palace" will know this track already. It is the remake of the classic "Paid In Full"! I was really eager to hear how Snoop handled this. He got Fredwreck to hook him up with this awesome beat. And Mr. Kane along with Traci Nelson are supporting him on the track. I simply L-O-V-E the howling female voice in the background. This was one of the reasons I liked "Addictive" (Truth Hurts and Rakim) too.
Now what will Kokane do on here? When I heard the chorus, I couldn't help but say Holy SHIT! Now if this isn't one of my favorite Kokane performances ever, I'm changing my name! I was stunned. Mr Kane simply rips it! Love his part.
Before I state my view on Snoops part, I wanna tell ya'll about this hot beat. Fredwreck did a great job, he didn't change too much to the 7 Hours Of Madness Remix of Paid In Full but its straight bumping! He used a great snare and bass drum and the bass is very deep. I like all the other african instruments used too, which are played by Cypress Hills B-Real!
So after Mr. Kane's tight chorus, Snoop Dogg grabs the microphone and blesses us with his re-rap of Rakim! This is the Snoop we heard on Doggystyle! His delivery is the same as the Snoop we knew in '93! He brings these classic lyrics to life again:

"Thinkin' of a Masterplan, Cause ain't nothing but sweat inside my hands
So I dig into my pockets, all my money is spent so I dig deeper but still ain't coming out with limp
So I start my mission, leave my residence, thinkin' how can I get some dead presidents
I need money, I used to be a stick up, kid so I think of all the devious things I did
I used to roll up, this is a hold up, ain't nothing funny stop smiling, cause still don't nothing move but the money."

And again, Mr. Kane drops the chorus. Weee I simply love it, no other words. Fredwreck also employs a Flute which sounds great. Now come the scratchings! Mr. Kane has another little part just singing. Only thing that really disappointed me was that Snoop only spit one verse. I wish he would have spit atleast two like the first one, add new lyrics to what Rakim had. That way, I could have called this track a masterpiece. Now its only a 4/5

10. Wasn't Your Fault - A nice beat, sounds funky! Big LT Hutton laced this cut. I like the effects he got on there, also the bass is nice. The drums could have been harder, nevertheless they sound dope. LT Hutton usually brings heat to the table. Some people call this beat too generic, but I disagree, its still hot. After a little bit of talking at the beginning, Snoop turns into Snoopy Collins and spits some pimp game. "Shabadabadu" style. He tells us the hoes cant be controlled.
Now comes the chorus. Alot of people were saying its Ginuwine singing it, but the credits prove them wrong. Its Reo Vanardo. He does a nice job, cool chorus.
Now on to Snoops part. Again he's got a hot flow, the beginning sounds a bit like "Issues" from "Tha Last Meal", where you got a question and then Snoop answers it.

"What you do? When your bitch is outta bounds and you don't know what to do!
What we do? We check 'em from the gate, to keep a bitch straight!
It's on you! See you can take her out and buy her all typa thangs!
Youz a fool! Cause when she leave you for what he do, you'll see fool!"

The song is basically telling us that you can't be nice to the hoes, it will always end up against you. Snoops flow is cool, but after the energy he put into "Paper'd Up", he sounds a bit lazy here. Still a good track. 4/5

11. Bo$$ Playa - This is the second Fredwreck joint of the album, and this one isn't the typical production you'd expect from Fred. It's a very smooth and laid back beat, with a rim shot as snare and warm organ keys. The bass is real deep and doesn't do too much throughout the track. At the beginning, we have the Arch Bishop Don Magic Juan doin' a little intro to the track. He just talks a bit, sayin' that Bigg Snoop Dogg is a Bo$$ Playa and then the beat kicks off. Snoop handles the chorus by himself, he's not singin' but he got a melody in his voice.
Then he flows over into his verse. His flow is flawless, he sounds good on the laid back production.

"They say its cheaper to keep her now baby ease up!
Kick back and blaze some of these trees up,
Do me a favor and turn the music up!
Should I slap her, or should I freak her,
I'll take the strong and you can have the weaker!
Speak when spoken to, yeah I broke a few"

The chemistry between Fredwreck and Snoop Dogg is clear to the listener. After the second chorus, Don Magic Juan has a little skit again and Snoop then drops another verse. This one is a bit shorter, but the quality is just as good. This is the type of "Pimp track" I prefer, because he at least kicks some game.
After some more Magic Juan, Traci Nelson makes a GREAT appearance. She does the outro of the track, although you could call it a verse. Snoop should use her more, she got talent her voice fits the track perfectly! She ends a hot track, 4.25/5

12. Hourglass - Jerry Rolls second cut. This one sounds even more experimental than Stoplight. Jelly Roll always got them crazy beats! Still, like "Stoplight", this one grew on me too after a few listens. The track barely has any rhythm, it skips all the time and is like really strange!
At the beginning Snoop Dogg tells us this is for everybody who didn't think they could make records that could bang in the club. I'm sorry but to me this isn't really a club banger. Doesn't take anything away from the quality of the song though. Snoop is the one to come first. His verse isn't anywhere as good as the previous track. He still drops a solid verse and passes the mic to Mr. Kane for the chorus. Did I say I LOVED him on "Paper'd Up"? As much as I liked him there, I can't stand his chorus here. It's just horrible. "I Want You To Be, What I Want You To Be, You Can Hoe For Me, Thats What I Want You To Be".
Now comes the best part of the track. Goldie Loc comes and makes this track something worth listening to! I had never heard Goldie Loc like this! It's crazy! He speeds up like never before and flows his ass off! My favorite line of the song is:

"I slap bitches in the face and give 'em Jay-Z lips"

I was on the floor when I heard that, and I suppose most of ya'll too. Goldie Loc outshines Snoop by far and carries the whole track with his verse. Wow now I'm hyped about his album (which is dropping in April 2003 according to the booklet). Snoop has another verse, doesn't touch Goldie Loc though. Still its A LOT better than his first one. After another (weak) chorus, Snoop Dogg tells everybody again to get on the dancefloor. Kokane has an outro, which is a lot better than the chorus, still I can't picture people dancin' to this. Overall, thanks to Goldie Loc, 3/5

13. The One And Only - DJ Premier is in the house! Judging by the booklet, I knew I was going to hear a whole lot of samples on this one! From "The Next Episode", over "Bitch Please" to "I'm Your Pusher" Primo had some classic samples on there. At first we have a little intro, which introduces to listen to "The One And Only Snoop D O Double G".
I really like this Primo production, he has some dope scratches and we hear some classic Snoop sampled on there! The guitar riff carries the track along with the raw street drums. I have to bop my head to this one! Now Snoop Dogg steps to the mic to bless us with his first verse. Wheeew from the first second its clear that he's putting a lot of energy into this. Its RAW! This is the Snoop we all wanna hear!!!

"You in the presence of a muthafuckin rap star
I push up laid back in a black car
Though I bo$$ up it ain't hard to tell
That I came up hard as hell, check it out
I stay sharp and played my part
All I had was a mic, a dream and some heart
Me and my moms wasnt gettin along at this time
And since pops was gone I'm out grindin!"

He's straight hungry and comes off hard as hell here. What I love about this track, is that it doesn't have any special effects, pimp shit or whatever, its just a beat and Snoop Dogg. I've been bumpin' this track a lot lately and really, Snoops flow is flawless. Primo did a great job and provided Snoop a hot beat to rap over. I wanna hear some more of these street raps! 5/5

14. I Miss That Bitch - Hi-Tek is back once again on this one to bless us with some more of his hot work. Definitely a good beat, which is a little off beat and just gives the track a special flair! I like the snare drum Hi-Tek used here, also the bass is real hot! The keys he employs fit the vibe well. Now on to the track. After Snoop tells us that this is for anybody who was in love and is now missing that "bitch" aka his weed. E-white goes first.

"I got my eyes wide open
The whole time I'm holdin on a hope whitchu on my mind
Its been a while, child, I'm gettin down with Dogg
I bet my name all around your walls
Perhaps I went to jail, nothing left us outta touch
Shoulda shot some mail or something
Ain't no tellin where she at now, I'll be goddamned
Baby I really wanna see what you got now!"

I'm lovin' E-White's performance on here! At first I didn't think too much of E-White but now he's growing on me a lot, it's like I'm feelin' his voice and flow more and more! The chorus is handled by Snoop himself supported by Mr. Kane who now sounds a lot better than on "Hourglass". Snoop flows his ass off again, his verse is hot, its also longer than E-Whites. I like how both of them do some story telling, and I love the way they use metaphors to talk about Snoop quitting weed. E-White and Snoop sure have some chemistry together. The tracks ends with a message from E. to Snoop. 4/5

15. From Long Beach 2 Brick City - Once again we have Bigg Fredwreck on the boards for the third and last time! He hooked up one hell of a beat on here! Its funky and makes you bounce! The bass is very dominant and its a great melody! The drums are funky and the keys Fred used are dope! Rap legend Redman makes his appearance on here, along with soul king Nate Dogg. After Warren G does a little intro, Redman spits his verse. He comes off dope!

"My momma ain't raised no fool, she loved me
Thats why she hide my tool inside her room
I'ma jump, bump, throw that ass
Ruff sex I gotta fuck with shoulder pads"

Redman coming with the usual heat! "Shoot up your town and then we Bin Laden hidin'" now thats heat! After Redman, Nate Dogg does his part, and handles it well. His voice is the same, the same voice we loved on hundreds of other tracks and he's always a blessing to the song. I've never heard a song where Nate Dogg didn't do his thang. After Nate's chorus and bridge, Snoop Dogg kicks off his own verse. He's cool, at times he sounds real nice but in my opinion, Redman outshined him by far. He couldn't touch him although he did a nice performance. The song is rather short, but a great beat combined with great rapping gives us an undeniable 4.5/5

16. Suited And Booted - Meech Wells on the boards! Now that's gangsta. Good to see Meecharooni doin' some work on here. He used some real smooth keys on here and the melody sounds laid back. But at the same time we got them hard hitting drums and the deep bass which make it a hard track! A nice mix, good for Snoop to rap over! After a little talking at the beginning, Snoop directly kicks off into the chorus which he handles himself. Really good chorus, a party track!! His first verse is pretty short and he goes back into the chorus.
He handles the second verse too.

"Just cut a deal with Cadillac, for real
Thats why I be dressed to kill
65 Gs for a Snoop DeVille
Get you one, matter of fact get two
They come in burgundy but I'ma paint mine blue!
I can't come through, half steppin
I keep me a cane as a potential weapon"

His lyrics are straight, he comes off nice. I'm really feelin' his lyrics on this cut. 4.5/5

17. You Got What I Want - I was scared to listen to this track after I had heard the other two, very experimental, Jelly Roll beats. One was good, the other wasn't. A lot of people say Jelly Roll is a hit or miss. I'm slowly starting to think the same way. Because this is pretty much garbage. I really can't listen to this track because of the strange ass beat. I mean this is the exact opposite of a Snoop Dogg beat. We got all these weird effects and in the background the drums going crazy. Hard to listen to. Now on to the rapping. Snoops verse is alright, but its hard to listen to. He still got a couple nice lines though.

"I keep three hoes in my room at one time
Two nickels and the others a dime"

"They call me the black folks president"

The chorus doesn't make this any better, Uncle Charlie Wilson does a weak job, but how could he sound good over this beat? Now comes Goldie Loc. He comes off best, but not even his verse can save this track. After a horrible Bridge, Ludacris grabs the mic and spits a nice verse. After listening to this track all the way through, I'm asking myself: W H Y? Why is something like this on the album? I don't get it. 1/5

18. Batman & Robin - Ever since the first time I had heard that this track was gonna happen, I was unbelievably hyped. The Lady Of Rage has never ever dropped a wack verse. And the combo Snoop and Rage is incredible. So I couldn't wait to hear a new track. DJ Premier provided the music on this one and wow the sample! It's like listenin' to the Batman theme while bumpin some gangsta shit. I love the riff used and the drums are hot!!!! Now on to the artists. On this track we witness some incredible Mic Exchange. Lets not forget The Narrator aka R.B.X. who's featured on here! He sings along with the chorus and has also his own part.  Its hard to quote some lyrics because its all like a story. Rage has some incrdible bars:

"We can take it to the Basement, live with Tigger
Go get The Riddler, to watch me play that nigga like a fiddler
on a hot tin roof, I got them watchin who?
She who spits it like she was sippin rot-ten brew, ooh
(Snoop: We Marvel at you Comics, you ain't no Superhero)
You just a stupid zero, you ain't hard like De Niro"

The very first time I listened to this I didn't really like it, but now I love it! It's clear they had much fun recording this! Some of Rages lines crack me up and I just start laughin! Specially at the end where she goes "Holy Leapin Lizards and Gizzards and all that shit that come with it! And potatoes on top with gravy in the middle!" Thats just hilarious!

Snoop, Rage and RBX all do a GREAT job and make this song a 4.5/5

19. A Message 2 Fat Cuzz - This is a Skit dedicated to Suge Knight aka Fat Cuzz. Snoop Dogg spits some real game, he doesn't just say FUCK SUGE KNIGHT but he really drops some knowledge. No rating needed.

20.Pimp Slapp'd - Most people had already heard it on DJ Clue's mixtape. I remember when people first heard it, everybody was so happy! Snoop Dogg had fucked up Suge Knight! Now first about the beat. Josef Leimberg is the producer. This may not sound like a good beat for a diss song but Snoop handles it well. The drums are cool, the bass is real deep, Josef Leimberg used some nice extra instruments. Anyway, the main thing about this song are the lyrics, not the beat. So that's what you gotta focus on. Snoop sounds hungry and his lyrics are on point.

"Now back to the scrub, it aint' about Crip or Blood
It's about you being jealous bout what I does
Cos I does it the most, the King of The Coast, in a Pink Plaint Pos
I back ya down like Shack Daddy, and bust on ya out the new Caddy"

Snoop also takes shots at Xzibit ("I'm not Xzibit, you can't pull my hoe card") and Kurupt. He does the chorus himself too, this is like a real Snoop Dogg solo. I was really surprised when Snoop said on MTV that Pimp Slapp'd would be on his album, and he even criticized Dr. Dre for not retaliating at Suge Knight. Overall this is a hot track, Snoop ripped it and really damaged Suge with this track. He showed us he still got that aggressive style in him. To end the track, we have a little skit of a blood calling up Snoop and tellin' him Suge ain't from street and givin' Snoop props. 4.5/5

So after 20 Tracks, I gotta say this was a very diverse album. It had everything. Slow, smooth songs, songs you can dance to, even love songs! People who hate on this album seem close minded, because Snoop brought everything on here. His flow was dope most of the time and his lyrics on point. Only let down was "You Got What I Want". I couldn't feel that track. But Snoop definitely stepped up from Tha Last Meal. Don't hate!

4.4/5
