Starting Salaries for NY cops are like 28,000 which is a huge drop from the 35,000 last year
Cops around my house (Long Island) make more than city cops which i think is bullshit because the only thing cops around here do is bust kids with pot & beer

Most cops got this asshole complex, but I really can't blame them. Out of the cops I've dealt with, I only had one prick. The rest were cool ass guys just doing their jobs.

there aint no fuckin way id become a cop. its not so much that i just hate em all or anything. but, if you have a negative view of what the police do now....wait till you become one and actually SEE from the inside how fucked they are. not even individually...but as an organization. the shits crooked. i couldnt be part of that.

i would join the police, same as the army etc, if it wasn't for the training they put you through before hand. when i was in highschool, my friends sister joined the police force and was gone for like a year just for training, for 4 days like 12 hours a day, they were doing continuous running, swimming, obstacle courses etc.. i wanted to be a cop in highschool too, after hearin that i was like aww fuck it

i had a teacher who was in the SAS in the aust army too, and he was tellin me the same shit about joining the army
