All the reviews of this album keep talking about how it is a blend of rap, rock, funk, punk, etc etc etc

It is GARBAGE

It is everything that is cliche about the Neptunes that SUCKS

I even like some Neptunes-produced songs... but anything I've heard from this album is terrible

Yo, i got both versions of In Searchin Of..., the 2001 version (i prefer thiz 1, only released in europe) and the 2002 re-release. On the re-release they remixed a  lotta songz, like makin lapdance a rock song, dont like dat much.

From what i know, neptunes and N.e.r.d. are 2 different groups.
N.e.r.d. is a group composed by the neptunes and another guy.

y do people gotta hate on the neptunes success... fuck that they made MAD HOT ASS SONGS...

for instance....

Q Tip and Prince "the greatest romance neptunes remix"
Babyface "there she goes"
"run to the sun" off their own album
Sade "by your side remix"
Kelis "caught out there"
and a lot of their other MAJOR commercial hits were pretty damn good if you ask me...

my fav is the prince joint i luv that beat... best song off their new album is "run to the sun" but they have a few pretty good songs... the album is an interesting blend of a few different elements.....  they might be a lil overrated but they are by no means wack and certainly better than a lot of other groups

i dont get how u all can give each other props on this site for creating dope beats and hate on guys like the neptunes... not that yall make wack beats

BUT look at it this way, if one of yall came out with the beat to "superthug" everyone on this board would be like "DOPE THAT SHIT IS HOT DAMN MAN U NICE"

i hate when people put down other people's success
