Carmen Electra tells Henry Trappler of Celebrities.com she has a new puppy and the puppy was at home with her husband Dave Navarro of Panic Channel. The star, who was at Koi in Los Angeles last night, says her husband feels safe letting her go out with Suge: nothing will happen if Carmen is out with the Death Row boss.
