Although January of 2006 is already approaching its end we opted that the West Coast Rap Up of 2005 was best suited to be released just before last year becomes a hazy, distant memory. Who, i hear you ask, has taken the challenge of summing up what 2005 was and meant for the West Coast; who else but the impecible Conan Milne, guest editorial writer for dubcnn. Over the years he has lavished you the readers with editorials on both The Game & Daz Dillinger, both of which are available in our Editorial Index. In this feature Conan discusses the hype that took us into 2005, how the west fared and in what state we exited another rollercoaster year for Hip-Hop.
