I wouldn't expect any Eiht/Snoop album to come out.

I do think there will still be Neptunes on 'The Blue Carpet Treatment', but perhaps only one or two songs, the singles. I guess Snoop has reached the level where he thinks only the Neptunes (and probably Dr. Dre) could give him hit singles.

As for E-40, I don't really like him but it's good to see Snoop actually acting like he meant what he said on the westcoast conference.
