Mobb Deep - "Blood Money"
Review by Todd A. Thomas

Rating * * * 1/2
Just to listen to Blood Money we had to sign a pact with blood to guarantee we won’t leak any information out. Okay so not really! So with that said, we’ll try to give you an idea on the upcoming Mobb Deep release.
It was one of those equations that left the Hip-Hop Community pondering. Mobb Deep + G-Unit = quality grimy street Queens anthems? The result? Yes! Mobb Deep remains true to their roots even with G Unit all-stars gracing the upcoming Blood Money. However the G-Unit undertones and themes are present.

The Fusion -“Backstage Pass” - inspired by the perks of what goes on backstage when women will do anything to get a piece of their favorite rapper. The muse for “Backstage Pass” was of course the recent Massacre tour.

The Heat -“Pearly Gates” - features 50 Cent. Most likely Pearly Gates will be the track that has the posses talking at the cafeteria tables. Mobb Deep gives their impression on not necessarily wanting to be at the right side of the father.

The Sounds- Havoc gets production credits for most of the album but of course what’s a G-Unit album without Dr. Dre dropping one of his beats.

That's a very brief review. It would've been nice to see a track-by-track review discussing the beats, lyrics & flow.
Anyway, I just hope that it'll be a banger...

Btw, what the fuck is up with your avatar man? Jambers?! Lol...Belgium's disgrace ;D

If it's written by one of G-Unit World's own people, it needs to be taken with a very large grain of salt.

Horrible review, it didn't tell me anything that the MTV article didn't tell me, actually less.
Havoc doing most of the beats, one Dre beat, some G-Unit cameos, and Pearly Gates featuring 50...  MTV article >> This review.
