There's too many beats around for a top 10, but Sam Sneed (ft. Snoop Doggy Dogg) - Blueberries is one of my favourites.

In fact, I can't think of a Sam Sneed beat I don't like (from the DR days).

If we exclude dre beats from the list,it (about the recent weeks) would probably be (in no order):
Spice 1- 1-800 SPICE (Ant Banks) [matter of fact I love all the beats he did for Spice)
WC & The Maad Circle-Caught N' A Fad (Sir Jinx & Crazy Toones)
Geto Boys-It Ain't (N.O. Joe)
Scarface-Dyin With Your Boots On (N.O.Joe)
Scarface-Now I Feel Ya (James Smith & John Bido)
Missy Elliott-All'n My Grill (Timbaland) [he did great work on her first two albums)
That's all I could think of right now.
