Yeah...I get phishing emails daily (Paypal, eBay, Capital One..etc).  Capital One knows my phone number...they dont need to email me, Paypal and eBay always use full name in real emails.  I just chuckle cause I know some guy in Korea is trying to steal my identity...lol

i've had emails like that before its quite common really, i never trust them always go directly to paypal or who ever if something seem fishy never follow a link in an email

one of those motherfuckers did the same to me, and my dumbass clicked on it and i even filled out part of the form till i noticed something was fishy

Check your pc for keyloggers too. Some phishing sites automatically install keyloggers on your machine if you click on the link.

Also, Paypal or eBay will never ask you to re-send your password or other private info to them. So if you ever get such an e-mail it's also fake (even if the lay-out of the e-mail is completely the same as with normal PayPal e-mails).
