Beat on Jay-Z's Fade To Black?

Does anyone know what beat they switch to for the last verse when Jigga & Bleek are doing Big Pimpin'? To me it sounds a bit like David Banner & Lil Flip's Like A Pimp but I'm not sure. Can anyone clear it up for me plz?
