How to post YouTube video / Downloading & Playing Youtube Movies

Hey Folks..Once you have dl'ed the clips from YouTube using the program above,
Is there any way of converting it to play on Windows media player??
Cuz the wimpy program i got is cool, but I'm having to go and press "play" once the clip has ended, if i knew how to convert to a windows media file, i could have it on repeat on Windows Media Player=thus my dilemma ???

Any assistance on this??
