Yo BPG, i ain't seen tha video but everyone i know who has says it for sure ain't him!  And this is from a lot of peeps who HATE R Kelly.  Either way, the album is not even close to Biggie's second album...it does have some nice tracks though, about 5.

i haven't heard any of the album except for the intro which i didnt like... but i expect some tracks will be hot...

in any case i'm afraid i gotta support R Kelly... he's doing it outta Chicago, and he never forgets to represent.  some people outta Chi-town that blow up end up forgetting about chicago and go off embracing other places like NY or whatever... so i gotta give it up to Kelly for settin up Rockland in the Chi
