Who is Matt Jory?

Today I digged into some old data discs and came accross this folder called "Tracks Posted by Matt Jory" with a bunch of tight West Coast rap. From Daz to Mac Shawn to ray Luv to Spice 1 to Snoop to Andre Nickatina. My question is: why do I have this folder and who is Matt Jory?

you have the folder coz u got it from my ftp.. and he posted the tracks on here..

he used to run a death row page back in the day..

i used to help playa p do his site for awhile while he had some shit on in the real world.then i had my site 4 a bit that p set up 4 me
this musta been what 97 or some shit. there was a bunch of us who traded songs and shit.
i used 2 upload songs and shit.
i uploaded some songs ina zip not too long ago on either here or wcrydaz.

yeah thet mostly of cds no1s heard of from years ago. some nice1s in there i think. the og of bustaz with daz swoop g and tray d i think is realy rare
