I believe Bret Hart was the first person to beat Mr Perfect tho. I remember watchin that match when i was little lol. I was a huge Bret Hart fan back then and i think Mr Perfect had won like 30 somethin matches in a row when they faught. Fuck, wrestling was so much better back then.

Don´t know about Perfect as Champ cause his back already gave up on him and I don´t think the WWF would have gone with him... Plus there was Hogan who might have already been in creative control of his persona at that time.. (if there was something like that at that time...)
