Good choice on that Dazzie Dee cover, I actually have that CD, and I didn't think that was the real thing until I got it.  Other obvious ones are RAW and Rhythm-al-ism.  For best, I agree with Regulare, also Return Of The Regulator is tight as hell, and so is Twinz Conversation.

aint sure there's loadsa great ones like snoops doggystyle, daz, rr&gb. The worst ones are some of the
independent ones like the knoc one everyone agrees on. Two bad ones i've got are King t - the kingdom come,
thats fuckin terrible and jayo felony, crip hop is pretty bad. An independent i do like is the thug lordz album cover.
