After all this talk about Suge gettin hit with lawsuit after lawsuit, I was just kinda curious. Anyone have any ideas? I'd think after the mid-late 90's he really didn't have any major income coming in. Anyone feel bankruptcy is around the corner?

yeah, with all the legal problems, as well as artist/former artist disputes, and the fact that the label hasn't released a legitimate title in years, it's safe to say that if Suge has any money left at all after this Harry-O/wifey shit dies down, now that will be a miracle.

I read about this in the paper today. Looks like they're coming down pretty hard on him. Can't say I feel sorry for him though, maybe he'll have enough money to buy himself a Happy Meal. I heard it includes cookies now too. Way to go Suge

That's the thing though. A judge is trying to take control over ALL of Suge's assets. So any material possessions, materials, musical catalogues, as well as money is in danger of being siezed from Suge, due to the amount of money he owes various people, yet refuses to pay.


This is just another example of Suge not having the ability to seperate street politics from business. You try to bully the law, and tha law will come down on you.

dat's what i would do if a was him, fill brankruptcy then restart the whole shit under a new name with a frontman ceo as a facade, so people won't know he's behing the whole mothafuckin operation

I don't think it would matter, because even if he were to file bankruptcy, he would still be liable for paying artist royalties and so on. Then a court could still force him to sell all assets in order to square off, which, ultimately would leave him bankrupt for real.

And as far as the whole, start another label under a new CEO is concerned, I highly doubt it would be possible, because if he were to stay behind the scenes, there's still a papertrail that would lead straight to him. The reason for this is, you know the government is going to keep their eyes locked on him like a hawk. Unless Suge decides to fully cooperate, he's seriously fucked....and that's not hating on him, that's just tha flat out truth. Karma is a muthafukka.
