I think the last few lines on "What We Go Through" are directed at LL Cool J, but I can't remember why.

Warren G to LL Cool J

Well I moved from the east to the west
Word on the street, niggaz wanna test
But these mc’s, is scared to buck
Plus they talk too much and smoke too many blunts
You fuckin rookies
Sweet as mr. smith’s cookies
Ya hate me one minute and tha next ya wanna buck me
He sent a hoe, in the back seat of my fo’
While ya goin back to cali, watch how you flow
Now ya know, about this warren g era
G-funk terror, look into tha mirror
And what you see is the don of the company
(warren g, warren, warren, warren’s to tha g)
You still see, what I see
All of the homies in the lb
Sittin back, and we makin the cash
Warren g, perfec, hershey locc and bad ass

(chorus) x2
And we never knew you had clue of what we go through
So how in tha fuck could y’all speak of our crew
Ya thought this, ya thought that, we thought y’all should laid back
Yeah it’s like that, for me it’s like that

Sittin back, and we makin the cash
It’s warren, perfec, hershey loc and bad ass
Sittin back, and we makin the cash
It’s warren, perfec, hershey loc and bad ass

Ya know what I’m sayin warren g
With my homeboy from the pound hershey locc
And the homey perfec, ya know what I’m sayin and mr. badass
And thats how we doin it fool, yeah
We ain’t bangin on wacks nigga, we doin it like we should be fool,
Yeah

LL just has plain dis respsect I think for west coast artists...

LL vs Warren G
LL vs Ice T
LL vs Tupac
He was part of the West coast vs East Coast

When asked... How have you managed to have an exceptional record career and avoid the "West Coast-East Coast" drama? You seem to have been able to keep a more mature display in a business of glamoured violence and feuds.

LL Cool J Replied..My second album was produced by West Coast producers, and some of my closest friends are West Coast. I've always looked at California and the West as an important part of hip hop. LL Cool J isn't interested in being a tough guy. I just want to make hot records and movies.

He didn't want to be a tough guy but he didn't want to avoid it....BEEFS EQUALS TOUGH GUYS

I don't think he ever worked with a west coast artist...

Now I like LL but I think he has a lil resentment towards the west...I mean he recorded 'Goin' Back to Cali' but he says..'I'm Goin' Back to Cali...I don't think so'

I was never sure if it was a LL Diss or not, because it might be a shoutout to him instead, using his song names as a respect?who knows?

Sweet as mr. smith’s cookies
Ya hate me one minute and tha next ya wanna buck me  (could be LL Cool J -"Buckin' Em Down"???????)
He sent a hoe, in the back seat of my fo’  (LL Cool j- Back Seat Of My Jeep)
While ya goin back to cali, watch how you flow (LL Cool j - Goin Back To Cali)

The only time I heard LL mention Warren G on his lyrics was on "Holis to Hollywood" but which does sound like a shoutout
The way ya stack chips and regulatewild dough
But ain't no G-funk and far from my era

On the top of my head is a collaboration with Snoop, Xzibit & Jayo Felony ("U Can't Fuck Wit Me") on his G.O.A.T. album

yeh LL disses Jamie Foxxx on that track Snoop, Xzibit & Jayo Felony ("U Can't Fuck Wit Me") on his G.O.A.T. album
because they got into an actual fight whilst filming "Any Given Sunday", with LL being too physical in a pretend fight scene.
So then Jamie Foxx dissed him on his standup show, with LL retaliating on that track by mentioning him on a couple of lines.

He is also did the track with Dr Dre - Zoom Zoom
and also did a  skit on Tha Alkaholiks album.
