I didn't think he was dissing anyone, but if I were to guess if I had to pick someone I'd say it's Lil' Wayne.

probably cuz Wayne talks that "best rapper alive" stuff....theyre both dope and Wayne was on Urban Legend....I heard somewhere that TI wanst talking to anyone on particular, but if anyone gets offended by it  then hes talking to them
