WCCWF SummerSmash Results

*Fireworks explode in the building as the fans are standing on their feet, chanting in excitement. Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler welcome the viewing audience to WCCWF’s SummerSmash event. JR and JL run down the card as the theme song, You Gotta Move by Aerosmith, plays in the building. The crowd then settles down as the opening match is about to begin.*

Match 1: I Quit Match – Loser Leaves the WCCWF
A.G. vs. Shallow

*A.G.’s theme hits the speakers and he makes his way out, wearing sunglasses and a leather jacket. A.G. is booed by the fans as he makes his way to the ring. JR and JL mention that A.G. was successful in his debut against Shallow at Retribution. A.G. enters the ring and shows off a bit as the fans continue to boo him; A.G. then prepares for his match. Shallow’s music plays next and the fans give him a positive reaction. Shallow slaps high fives with the fans on his way to the ring. JR and JL mention that this could possibly be Shallow’s last match in the WCCWF. Shallow enters the ring and has a stare down with his adversary. JR and JL mention that the only way to win the match is to make your opponent say “I Quit”. The bell rings to start the match…*

Finish of the Match:
In a back and forth match, we see Shallow in control. Shallow has A.G. in a headlock, telling him to quit. Shallow eventually breaks the hold and nails a couple of kicks to A.G.’s back. Shallow climbs to the top, looking to hit a leg drop from the top. As Shallow comes flying off, A.G. is able to hit a drop kick right into Shallow’s ribs. A.G. stomps away at Shallow’s ribs again, and then tries an abdominal stretch. Shallow refuses to give up though. A.G. then grabs Shallow’s legs and locks on the Sharpshooter! The ref checks on Shallow, who is agony but refuses to give up. A.G. lets go of the hold and goes to the outside. A.G. grabs a couple of chairs and slides them into the ring. A.G. takes one the chairs and starts hitting Shallow’s back and knees as the fans boo him. A.G. then places one of Shallow’s knees in between a chair; A.G. grabs the other chair and smashes it repeatedly as Shallow yells in excruciating pain. A.G. places Shallow’s knee in the second chair, and then hits a double stomp on both Shallow’s knees. A.G then applies the Sharpshooter again. Shallow cannot take the pain and yells “I QUIT” a few times to give A.G. the victory!

Winner of the Match = A.G.

After the Match:
The ref raises A.G.’s arm. EMTs come out to help Shallow to the back as he looks badly hurt. JR and JL summarize the match and mention that Shallow will now be forced to leave the WCCWF. A.G. exits the ring and makes his way to the back as the bans continue to boo him.

*Backstage we see Dizzle approaching Lucifer, who is watching his match against Sikotic from Retribution.*

Dizzle: Hey Lucifer, I need to talk to you for a minute about your match. I know you refused to lay down at Retribution for Sikotic, and then the match ended in controversial fashion. So I made a re-match tonight. Sikotic expects it to a grueling match. However, I need you to lay down for the SAKE of this alliance.

Lucifer: Like I said at Retribution, I REFUSE to lay down!!

Dizzle: Wait now, hear me out. When we formed this alliance, Everybody knew their role. Me, the master planner. Sikotic and M Dogg, the ones with the knowledge, skills, and experience on how to succeed. And you, the monster force to cement our domination. We’re like the Four Horsemen or Evolution, except much better. But you remember what happened to Evolution don’t you? Orton wanted to be a star. Batista wanted to be a big shot. And what happened? Yeah, Orton is champion right now but ONLY because of Legacy. And Batista, well he tears easier than a tissue at a snot party!

Lucifer: Get to the point Dizzle.

Dizzle: What I’m saying is we have to remain dominant; otherwise it could screw up YOUR career.

Lucifer: I won’t waste an opportunity at the Title.

Dizzle: I know how you feel. But remember your role, Lucifer. And think about your career. After all, you can’t make a living if you’re hurt, or not even a part of the WCCWF like Shallow.

*Dizzle walks away as Lucifer looks on.*

Match 2: P. Nelson vs. Mystery Opponent

*P. Nelson’s theme plays in the building as the fans boo him. The US Champion makes his way down to the ring with the title around his waist. JR and JL mention the change Nelson’s attitude and how it has helped him succeed recently. Nelson enters the ring, takes off his title, and prepares for his match. Bagpipes are heard in the building and we see Rory MacRae making his way out. Rory isn’t given much of a response as he makes his way down to the ring. JR and JL mention that Rory hasn’t been seen in a while as he enters the ring. The bell rings and the match begins…*

Rory charges towards Nelson; Nelson nails a spine-buster on Rory. Nelson gets Rory up to his feet, sends him towards the ropes, and follows up with a spear. Nelson again gets Rory to his feet; Nelson kicks him in the gut, and nails the Nelson Bomb! Nelson covers Rory and the three-count to pick up the win!!

After the Match:
The ref raises Nelson’s arm, and then helps Rory to the back. The fans boo Nelson as JR and JL recap the match. Nelson then exits the ring, grabs a chair, and sits by the ring announcer as the #1 Contenders Match to the US Title is up next.

Match 3: 8-Man Battle Royal - #1 Contendership to the US Title
Wykid vs. MGA vs. E-Crazy vs. HD vs. Dollar Bill vs. Still Dre vs. King Grim vs. M Dogg

*The building goes dark and Wykid’s name spells out on the Jumbo screen; Wykid’s theme hits the speakers. The lights turn back on and we see Wykid standing on the top of a turnbuckle. Wykid then jumps into the ring as the fans give him a positive reaction. MGA’s theme plays next and the fans boo him. JR and JL mention that both Wykid and MGA have been successful so far in the WCCWF. MGA enters the ring and has a brief stare down with Wykid. E-Crazy’s theme is the next to play as the former US Champion makes his way to the ring. E-Crazy enters the ring and quickly prepares for the match. HD’s theme hits the speakers as the fans cheer for him as well. HD greets the fans as he makes his way to the ring. JR and JL mention that HD has ran into a bit of rough luck but hopes to turn things around tonight. HD enters the ring and awaits the arrival of the rest of the participants. Dollar Bill’s theme plays next and he is given a subtle reaction. DB enters the ring and stares at Wykid for a brief second. Still Dre’s theme is the next to play and he is also given a very little reaction. JR and JL mention how Wykid has defeated DB and SD in the past two events as SD enters the ring. The lights in the building go out as King Grim’s theme plays. King Grim makes his way out in his royal attire and scythe in hand. The fans cheer him as he leaves his scythe on the outside and enters the ring. Grim quickly prepares for the match and then sets off a large pyro in usual fashion; he then awaits the arrival of the last participant. M Dogg’s theme plays last in the building as the fans boo one of WCCWF’s legends. The fans boo him as he makes his way to the ring. JR and JL mention that M Dogg picked up a victory over Grim at Retribution. M Dogg enters the ring and goes nose-to-nose with Grim. The two then start trading punches, and the bell rings to start the match…*

Details of the Match:
A ton of action is going on in the battle royal as all the stars are battling about with each other. Two minutes into the match, we see Grim clothesline Dollar Bill over the top to eliminate him.
Nearing the four minute mark we see Still Dre charge towards both E-Crazy and HD, who are both close by the ropes. E-Crazy and HD both pull the rope down to send Still Dre over the top and out of the match. MGA comes from behind, grabs E-Crazy’s leg, and throws him over top to eliminate him from the match as well.
At the seven minute mark, we see the action-pace slow down as the stamina starts to drain from the stars. HD tries to deliver the Lou Thesz Press to M Dogg. M Dogg catches HD though and tosses him over the top, eliminating him from the match.
Near the 12 minute mark with only four stars left, we see M Dogg battling with Wykid and Grim battling with MGA. M Dogg nails a spinning spine-buster on Wykid while Grim delivers a DDT to MGA. Grim and M Dogg turn their attention towards each other. The two stars exchange a few words before the trade some offense. M Dogg nails cops to Grim, while Grim delivers some uppercuts. Grim eventually gains the advantage. As Grim tries to execute a Chokeslam, MGA comes from behind and delivers a forearm shot to the back of Grim’s head. Grim turns around and hits a ruthless uppercut on MGA. As Grim turns his attention back to M Dogg, he gets raked in the eyes. M Dogg then grabs Grim and throws him over the top to eliminate him.
Grim is irate over being eliminated. He tries to get back in, but the refs stop him. M Dogg then comes over and has a verbal exchange with Grim. With M Dogg distracted, we see Wykid come from behind and toss M Dogg over the top to eliminate him. M Dogg looks enraged. He and Grim start brawling with other again until officials come to separate the two stars and get them to the back.
As this happens, we see MGA sneak outside from under the bottom rope. MGA grabs a table from underneath the ring and sets it up on the outside table. Wykid notices MGA and slides to the outside as well. He nails a couple of punches to MGA, then rolls him into the ring. Wykid grabs the table and lightly tosses it into the ring, making sure not to break it. Wykid then grabs a gas can and a lighter from under the ring before sliding back into the ring. Wykid pours the gas on the table and then lights it on fire as an “Oh My God!” chant starts from the fans. As Wykid turns around, MGA hits a couple of European Uppercuts on him; MGA then hits a belly-to-belly suplex. MGA gets Wykid back on his feet and looks to hit an F5 through the flaming table. MGA sets Wykid on his shoulders; Wykid breaks free from the hold though. Wykid then kicks MGA in the gut and delivers a Crucifix Powerbomb through the flaming table!! Wykid then grabs MGA and throws him over the top to eliminate him and win the match!!

Winner of the Match and NEW #1 CONTENDER TO THE US TITLE = WYKID

After the Match:
A ref comes into the ring and raises Wykid’s arm. Other officials come out and put the fire out on the table. The officials then help MGA to the back. JR and JL summarize the match as Wykid’s theme plays. The fans cheer for Wykid who celebrates in the ring. Nelson then rolls into the ring. Wykid and Nelson go nose to nose with other. Nelson then tells Wykid that Wykid has no chance of beating him for the US Title. Nelson then holds the belt up high. Wykid tells Nelson that he’ll see him in the ring at the next event. The building goes dark for a few seconds; when the lights turn back on, Wykid has disappeared. Nelson looks on confused and puzzled. Nelson then exits the ring and makes his way to the back as well.

Match 4: WCCWF World Heavyweight Title Match
Sikotic vs. Lucifer

*The lights in the building go out and Lucifer’s theme hits the speakers. Lucifer is booed as he comes to the ring in his usual attire. JR and JL mention the controversial ending at Retribution where Sikotic was disqualified. Lucifer climbs the steps and raises his arms to bring the lights back on in the building. Lucifer enters the ring and prepares for the main event. Sikotic’s theme plays next; the WCCWF World Heavyweight Champion is given a negative reaction from the fans as he comes out with the belt around his waist. As the champion walks towards the ring, JR and JL mention Dizzle and Lucifer’s backstage conversation. Sikotic enters the ring, takes off the title, climbs the turnbuckle, and holds it high in the air as the fans boo him more. Sikotic gets off the turnbuckle and hands the belt to the ref. The ref holds the belt up high, signaling it as a WCCWF World Heavyweight Title match. The bell rings to start the main event. Lucifer and Sikotic stare for a few seconds before Lucifer lays down on the mat. Sikotic looks surprised as the fans boo what is going on. Sikotic goes to cover Lucifer. The ref starts the pin count. When he reaches two, Lucifer kicks out! The fans start cheering for Lucifer. Lucifer gets back to his feet and shakes his head, saying he won’t lie down. Sikotic looks a little frustrated. The two stars then lock up to get the match going…*

In a back and forth match, we see Lucifer in control. Lucifer chokes away at Sikotic in the corner with his boot.  Lucifer then sends Sikotic across to the opposite turnbuckle and follows up with a big clothesline. Lucifer scoops Sikotic up and delivers a body-slam. Lucifer then runs off the ropes and nails a leg drop. Lucifer gets Sikotic back up to his feet; he grabs Sikotic by the throat and tries to hit a Chokeslam. Sikotic blocks off the move with a couple of elbow shots to the side of Lucifer’s head. As Lucifer holds his head, Sikotic deliver a swinging neck-breaker. Both stars are down and the ref starts a count. At the seven-second mark, both stars are back on their feet and start trading punches. Lucifer starts gaining the momentum. He ducks a punch attempt from Sikotic, runs off the ropes, and looks to hit a flying Clothesline. Sikotic counters though with a drop-kick right into Lucifer’s gut. Sikotic tries a pin cover, but Lucifer kicks at a very close three-count. Sikotic hits a couple of stomps to Lucifer’s chest; Sikotic then applies a scissors armbar. Lucifer is yelling in pain, but doesn’t give up. Sikotic releases the hold and then shows off to the crowd a bit as they boo him. Lucifer tries to get up and is on one knee. Sikotic nails Lucifer in the face with a knee. Sikotic then goes to the top, looking to hit a high-risk move. With Lucifer slowly back to his feet, Sikotic leaps off the top. Lucifer catches him though; Lucifer then puts Sikotic on his shoulders and delivers a Samoan Drop. Lucifer gets back to his feet and signals that he’s going for a Chokeslam. As this happens, we see Dizzle running to ringside. With Sikotic back on his feet, Lucifer grabs him by the throat and hits the Chokeslam. As Lucifer cover Sikotic, Dizzle gets on the apron and distracts the ref. Lucifer notices Dizzle on the apron; he gets up and walks towards Dizzle. Dizzle gets off the ring apron; Lucifer asks Dizzle what he’s doing and Dizzle acts as if he’s up to nothing. Lucifer turns his attention back to Sikotic. Sikotic nails a jab to Lucifer’s throat. Sikotic then nails the Sik Bottom out of nowhere. Sikotic covers Lucifer and gets the three-count to pick up the win and retain the title!!

Winner of the Match and STILL WCCWF WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION = SIKOTIC

After the Match:
The ref hands Sikotic his title and raises his arm. Dizzle quickly walks to the back and constantly looks over his shoulder for Lucifer. Lucifer holds his head and rolls out of the ring, walking to the back on his own and constantly yelling “DIZZLE!” Sikotic’s theme plays in the building as the fans boo the result. JR and JL summarize the match as Sikotic celebrates in the ring. JR and JL then thank the viewing audience for watching WCCWF’s SummerSmash. The show ends with Sikotic holding his belt up while the fans continue to heavily boo him.
