Smackdown results:

Batista starts off the show w/ a promo, calls out Finlay. Instead, Heyman and his bodyguards come out. Heyman basically asks Batista to join ECW because he is being misused on Smackdown. Batista acts like he is accepting Heyman's offer but he doesn't. The bodyguards step in and Batista kicks their ass. Big Show is behind Batista but batista kicks his ass as well. The Booker comes in and attack Batista till Cena makes the save. Batista and Cena then kick Show's ass again.

First match: Lashley and Tatanka vs. Regal and Taylor. Back and forth match, it ended after Regal used the ropes to help him pin Tatanka. After the match, Tatanka is pissed off and attacks the ref. Lashley tries to calm him down but Tatanka kicks his ass (i feel bad for Lashley; he seems to be turning into a Shelton-like character in the sense that he is being misused despite his talent). During this match, Taylor injured himself and will require surgery.

Chris Benoit is interviewed by Kristal till he sees Vickie. Benoit wants to know what's going w/ Vickie, Chavo and the Rey situation and why it happened/happening. Vickie says Rey used Eddie and the Gerrero family to further his career and if Chris doesn't see that, maybe Chris wasn't as close to Eddie as he thought.

MVP is backstage and is taking pills, apparently he is sick. Long comes in, asks him what's wrong. MVP says he is sick, and according to his contract his has a sick-clause or something. So MVP can't wrestle Kane in the no DQ match. MVP then leaves and Kennedy comes in. Kennedy says to Long he wants to fight Taker. Long says Taker isnt at the show, but instead books Kennedy vs. Kane in the no DQ match.

Vickie and Chavo backstage, Chavo tells Vickie they need to be careful because Chris may suspect something. Vickie suggests they stay away from Chris and walks away. Chavo says to her to keep friends close and enemies closer.

Hardy vs. Helms is next, this match is to continue the rivalry they have. Back and forth action in this match. Hardy tries Twist of Fate, but Helms reverses; Helms tries a neckbreaker, but Hardy reverses into a Samoan drop. Hardy goes for the pin, but Helms again reverses into a crucifix and uses the ropes to win.

Kendrick/London backstage in casual clothes; Ashley comes in w/ her costume for the Dvias trick or treat match; pretty stupid segment with no real value.

Kennedy vs. Kane; a pretty good match with both stars giving it all. MVP comes out and helps Kennedy out at first by pushing Kane off the ropes. Kane still gains the advantage a bit later though and MVP tries attacking Kane by Kane is kicking both their asses. Kane is about to give the chokeslam to Kennedy when MVP comes in with a chair and hits Kane in the knee. MVP helps Kennedy cover Kane for the victory.

Backstage, Cena walks up to Batista. Cena is acting all humble and stuff, then Batista makes fun of him or something. Cena then acts normal and pumps Batista up for the match.

Chavo and Vickie in the ring for a promo about Rey and how Chavo ended Rey's career by making him say 'I quit'. Benoit's music hits and he comes out to try and talk to Chavo and Vickie. They ignore him though and leave the ring, not even looking his way. Chris is in the ring just staring at them till the commercial comes on.

Teddy Long comes out and says that next week, MVP and Kennedy will team up to take on taker and Kane, the first time the Brothers of Destruction have been teamed together in 5 years.

Next is the Divas battle royal. Kristal and Layla look the hottest. The faggot Miz is the guest ref. Kristal wins the match after eliminating Layla with help from the Miz (it was a battle royal match). They go to commercial.

Back from commerical, Miz says that he was still mad at Layla for giving him the fat male stripper as a bday gift. Said that Kristal respected him, and she milks it on. Then the Boogeyman's music hits and he comes out to a HUGE pop. Miz pushes Kristal into Boogeyman, Kristal falls to her knees then her back. Boogey freaks her out and then drops worms into her mouth.

Main event is next: Booker/Big Show vs. Cena/Batista. Pretty decent match with good action from both sides. Ending came when Big Show left Booker in the ring and walked away from the match to get revenge on Booker for attacking him on Raw. Batista gives Booker the Batista Bomb to pick up the win.

Big Show and Lita look like they will be leaving WWE.

Lita's contract expires in November and it looks like she isn't going to re-sign with WWE right now. She is planning on doing local-acting work in Atlanta. WWE believes she might even end with TNA at some point because of the easy travel schedule.

Big Show might also be leaving WWE after the next Wrestlemania where they are teasing a Hogan vs. Show match. Show says his body is in a lot of pain and he has a bunch of injuries, which is why he has been off of the WWECW house shows and also the reason that WWE wants to take the belt off of him. The travel is also hard for him due to his size. His contract expires in February but said that if he is physically able to, he'll work a bit after that until Wrestlemania. He wants to try and go into acting and believes he can get a lot of acting jobs because of his size and his comedic skills.

Speaking of ECW, they are planning to cut off WWECW-only house shows and keep the WWECW feuds going with the Raw and Smackdown house shows. And somewher down the line, they will also make WWECW a complete WWE product by getting rid of the extreme rules matchup (since Vince doesn't like hardcore wrestling), calling the Vixens Divas, calling the Extremists Superstars and putting the WWE logo on the ECW sub-page.

Khali and Daivari both were on ECW alst night and Daivari is expected to be a wrestler (another person who couldve qualified as a cruiserweight)

Also, Turkay and Burke might move there as well
