Dude, the Trish/Mickie match inspired me to find the best woman's matches. Dude, woman's wrestling I think is sometimes better than mens. I mean, some of the women look nice in tights rolling around in the ring, and I don't feel a little gay watching... no homo... lol  :P

Wendi Richter vs. Fabolous Moolah (Moolah was not the champion for 26 years straight, but she was champ for the better part of that as she would win and lose the title as she pleased. This though represented a generation change to the Rock N Wrestling era)
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/m85ZVr5f3XE&amp;hl=en" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/m85ZVr5f3XE&amp;hl=en</a>
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/aAyHwwpoCws&amp;hl=en" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/aAyHwwpoCws&amp;hl=en</a>

Rockin' Robin vs. Sensational Sherri Martel (The original screwjob saw Moolah "pin" Richter for the title, Sensational Sherri won the title from Moolah shortly after and became a great villian champion, Rockin' Robin her greatest challenger)
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/HiXEA4f0y2s&amp;hl=en" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/HiXEA4f0y2s&amp;hl=en</a>
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/AFc-47MuGmo&amp;hl=en" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/AFc-47MuGmo&amp;hl=en</a>

Bull Nakano vs Alundra Blayze  (The WWF dropped the Woman's division for a couple of years, but rebuilt the division with a woman named Alundra Blayze. Here is a rearly seen match with Bull Nakano in Japan that the title DID switch hands and highlights seen in Raw)
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/Z6w-mvErM6o&amp;hl=en" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/Z6w-mvErM6o&amp;hl=en</a>
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/R_X1NHNi8JE&amp;hl=en" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/R_X1NHNi8JE&amp;hl=en</a>

Sable vs. Jacqueline (After Blayze dumbed the WWF Woman's title in the trash on WCW Nitro, the WWF rebuilt the division once again, this time around a playboy model named Sable. Jacqueline was used to carry here and the length of match used to hid her lack of skills.)
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/-chGsiHd554&amp;hl=en" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/-chGsiHd554&amp;hl=en</a>

Lita vs. Chyna (shortly after Sable left the WWF over a cloud of controversy, the Woman's title would be a joke being passed between non-wrestlers, until Lita won the title. Eventually the title would find Chyna and the showdown between Lita and Chyna was finally here.)
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/HPN8UtfVGuk&amp;hl=en" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/HPN8UtfVGuk&amp;hl=en</a>

Trish Stratus vs. Lita (the unbeatable Chyna leave the WWF in simular fashion to Sable, but the WWF had finally found it's girl to carry the Woman's division, Trish. Her main rival from 2002-2006 was naturally Lita. This match after Lita finally won the Woman title after 4 years)
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/-dFSy3XGCf0&amp;hl=en" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/-dFSy3XGCf0&amp;hl=en</a>

Mickie James vs. Trish Stratus (yeah I posted it again. With Trish leaving soon, a new anti-hero appears, Mickie James. The storyline leading up to this match sees Mickie James as a fan who grows obsessed. Maybe the best woman storyline in WWF/E history.)
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/8ZEMzCaX4KU&amp;hl=en" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/8ZEMzCaX4KU&amp;hl=en</a>
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/cbOLUI3-O-8&amp;hl=en" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/cbOLUI3-O-8&amp;hl=en</a>

Mickie James vs. Beth Phoenix (Mickie maybe champ now, but Beth Phoenix is looking like the future of the division. Beth Phoenix won the title in dominating fashion and it looks like her and Mickie James will be trading the title for the next year)
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/x_z8AwMxU_Y&amp;hl=en" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/x_z8AwMxU_Y&amp;hl=en</a>

Bonus: The original Screwjob

Wendi Richter vs. the masked Spider
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/Nzgk3oYT8ss&amp;hl=en" target="_blank" class="new_win">http://www.youtube.com/v/Nzgk3oYT8ss&amp;hl=en</a>

Torrie Wilson got released from the company:

From WWE.com:

WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Diva Torrie Wilson as of today, May 8, 2008.

We wish Torrie the best in all her future endeavors.

Torrie recently announced that she would no longer be able to wrestle due to injuries. She also said she was hoping to continue working with the company, perhaps by doing promotional work.

This is a great Scott Steiner interview. He rips on Ric Flair, HHH, and HBK real bad. Enjoy:

^^^^^thanks for the interview sikotic. Good read.

I always wondered why vince buried almost everyone form WCW. I mean Goldberg was WCW biggest asset. Then When he came to WWE it looked like he'd take over, then only gave him a 1 year contract and put him in some shady story lines

Hennig was going to turn and join the nWo. When they told Ric Flair the finish, his eyes started welling up, and we had to leave the room because we started laughing.

LOL

lol.

interesting. I'll say this, Wrestlemania post Russo > Russo era Wrestlemania's. Russo was a great show writer, but he was not good at booking the best feuds. Under him, Kane and X-Pac had a great tag team, but eventually lost to Undertaker and Big Show, then Undertaker and Big Show were so dominate, it took the Rock and Mankind had to win. Once they left, the Acolytes finally became the APA, and reached their full potential. The Russo era also was very weak on the light heavyweight division, and many blame Vince McMahon, when Russo got the books in WCW he made the Cruiserweight division a joke too.

The shows though were great, Ken Shamrock searching the whole arena looking for Steph because the Undertaker kidnapped her. This had me watching the whole show wondering if Shamrock would find her, and the main event saw Steve Austin save Steph and a funny looking hug. Or the whole night everyone was talking about  The Rock's $5,000 shirt as everyone was trying to ruin it. Russo was great at writing Raw, but he can't book matches for shit. Him and Bischoff would have been a great duo to save WCW since Bishoff is actually decide at booking (but shitty at picking bookers other than himself) so they would have gave WWF a great run. but in the end neither could get along.

I grew up watching wrestling for the entertainment value.  It is nice to see solid wrestling, but if I want to see just plain up good wrestling I go on youtube and hit up Luchra Libre.  WCW and WWF were never about the pure wrestling for me.

Russo actually turned ratings up by 1 or 2 full points when he came to WCW.   WCW was unsavable, there was just too much bullshit.  Ppl always blame him for the gay angles like Powers that Be, Arquette champion, wrestlers laying down in the ring; but think of it, what else could u have done to get even close to what he had cemented in WWF?

He was responsible for making Mankind, Austin, The Rock big players.  He was apart of HBK's/DX success, which always had good feuds if u ask me.  Any feud with Austin or Rock was always good. The rock's heel turn was such an intricate storyline, and that one match with Vince and Shane screwing us with Rock making Mankind "submit" was the instant Rock turned into a main eventer.  That point also created Mankind's big face run towards the belt.

He is now doing TNA, altho have sum whack storylines going on rite now, have been putting out sum really good matches..

I remember The Rock put Goldberg over real strong when Goldberg first started since they are friends. Once Rocky left, everything went downhill for poor Goldberg lol.
