^^^  That rhyme is one of the best quotables...  96 is still my favorite year in music history.  Andre 3000 was into Islam at this stage in his carear, in his video for ATLiens he was travelling to Egypt and wearing Turbans.  Classic material.

He said he wore the turban to cover his dreads.  So I guess he was half rasta / half muslim

btw Infinite, I'm surprised you never mention A Tribe Called Quest.  They make countless references to Muhammed / Allah / Islam.  They even have a guy in the group name Ali Shaheed Muhammed! And Phife's real name is Malik!

yeah he didnt convert... the turban thing..he explained it on the vh1 thing they had awhile back..said he jus got it at the dollar store..nuthin 2 do with religon...
