Nothing against Mark Jackson but that's a ridiculous statement. I saw Kobe, Jordan, Bird and Magic play in their primes and Kobe is not as good as those guys in all around game
Like someone above me said only time will tell. Scottie got butt hurt at that comment and he's wrong the Lakers are goin to get passed the first round.
to early to tell. i think that kobe will end up being a better scorer than jordan but GOAT, its just to early.
And lets not forget, Kobe at 27 > Jordan at 27.

From an 81 point game to 3 championships, Kobe now EASILY has the chance to excell and be the definition of greatness in the NBA...PeACe

also, b4 u start jumpin on me bcaus i think Kobe's still got some hard work to do before he could be undoubtably the greatest. i just wanna say that you think one way, and i think mine. u think kobe's got an easy chance to be the greatest, i think he still needs at least a couple more rings before he could be referred to as the greatest. becaus at the end of the day, the rings mean the most.kobe will forever be shadowed by shaq, and shaq by kobe, unless one of em starts winning some rings. that's just how it is. nobody here is hatin on kobe, jus caus i'm not a Laker fan, doesn't mean i dont like Kobe. he's one of my favorite players to watch (along with Tmac, King James, etc.)
