IMDB isn't very reliable, it's a cool site and all, but they get a lot of their information from stuff fans send them.

They wouldn't have to flip the screen for Andre.  Since he doesn't know how to play guitar, he could just learn the basics lefthanded instead of righthanded.  I'm left handed, but when I taught myself to play I just taught myself to play regular right handed guitars so it wouldn't be a problem.  If I were making a movie, i could competantly mimick playing left handed even though I'm used to right handed, it's not that big of a deal that you'd want to film everything backwards.
