whoa thats eri homie i did a drawing of a face with a hand coming out of his forhead about 7 years ago and it looked very similar to yours.In mines though i had the hand upside down holding my Tag name up in his hand that shit took me about 1hr to spray paint it.

Around 1200 dollars. He's one of the best tattoo artists in denmark, so his price per hour is around 150-200 dollars. But he works fast and flawless.
