It's illegal to fake your own death.  He would be arrested, sent to jail for a couple years maybe, I don't know the legal definition or exact punishment

i have read up on a load of shit about this...but apparently if you fake your own death and you return after seven years..u have still comitted a crime...but u can't be jailed for it...how ever when i researched this...i found out on a website that it is still possible to prosecute you for wasting police time...and with-holding information from the law <<they can even prosecute the mortitian and ur family for this if they knew about you faking ur death and didn't tell the coppaz)...so even though they can't screw u for faking ur death there are other things that they can screw you for...i can't remember how long the maximum sentence for wasting police time is...but i know in this country it depends how long the police investigation went on for as to how long they can lock u up for...hope this helps u!

i remember readin in a 2pac board...that one guy who went to mecca and madina for pilgrimage...he said he saw pac there.. and he was standin rite next to him...and he was sayin..dat mecca was da  best place for pac to stay in coz it was a land of peace and there was nothing for him to worry abt it and stuff like dat...

To fake your death is illegal!!

But you know, on internet it's sufficient that a guy starts a (fake) rumor and the next day thousands of guys trust him. It's like rumors of Niccolò Machiavelli faking his own death! LMAO! I'm italian, and i know he never did/thought something like that.

Lemme explain it better (about the 7 years)..

If you go away (for different reasons) and guys loose your contacts for some years (it's 7 in both USA and Italy), then you are considered like a dead man. It means that your wife can marry another man, that your sons can have access to all your money, that all your debts are considered finished (well.. not em all, just the personal ones that can be paid only by you and not by other members of your family), etc.. The crimes you committed are considered paid only cause you are considered dead. So if, for example, you had to refund a guy with 2 millions of $ because you robbed him, you dont have to pay him no more just cause you are considered dead.

That's what the law says.

BUT!

If you come back... then it's like if you return back in the very same day you left. It means that, for example, that the wedding of your wife when you was away is considered illegal (like if it was never done), that you can have back the control of your money, etc..

But you still responsable for your own crimes. So if you was sentenced to 10 years of prision, you'll go to prision for 10 years.

This is the law.

Now you cant fake your dead. You can disappear and reappear after a few years... leaving your family/parents/friends, etc.. but you cant fake your dead by going into an hospital, paying the doctors etc.. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT 2 TOTALLY DIFFERENT THINGS, u get me?

It's impossible to declare a man dead when he's still alive. Not only it's a crime, but it's a crime for the doctors, for Afeni, for all the witness, etc.. Cause when you declare a man dead, you got the responsability of this decision.

Now the question is... even if Pac is alive (and trust me he's dead!)... will it be a crime or not to come back? Yes it will.

Pac will be sent to jail for 2 reasons:

1) He was already been in prision, and he committed another crime the day he died by kicking Orlando Anderson (Suge went to jail too, for the same reasons)

2) He faked his own death by paying thousands of guys (doctors, journalists, parents, family, bodyguards, his crew, etc..) and that's hella illegal!


Another thing: you can think that FBI wanted to protect him. Ok. But you think you have to be shot and to go to coma to be protected by FBI? i mean it can happens for various reasons (but.. trust me.. not with a thug!), but usually they declare you dead because of a virus or something like that. They dont shot you multiple times to make it more realistic, lmao! And they dont have to cut your lung and to shot in the head of the guy sitting next to you.

Just think about things and you'll find all your answers.
