Is that Suge in the new Christina Milian video "say i"??

I am sure it is Suge Knight sitting in the drivers seat of the yellow car in the new Christina Milian video for "say I".

Can anybody let me know if they have seen it and if it is him?  Why would he be in the video if it is him?
