the text is HUGE on my screen....how do i fix it?

I duno how this happend but all the text is f'n huge on my screen.....how do i get this back to normal?

its not only on dubcc, but every page ....I have no clue how this happen?

VIEW / TEXTSIZE.. click view, then go down to text-soze, then select medium.

I have the same problem.And the text size is medium.Don't know how it happened.I've bee trying to fix for some time now but it stays the same
