you should care if your misunderstood?

whats the value of and intelligent man in the world if he cant express his ideas in a way people can comprehend.

You're not seeing the context of that line... this is the whole line

"I moved out of the Hood like I should, then they had the nerve to call my Hollywood, I don't give a fuck if I'm misunderstoöd"

The point he is making is... he is doing whats best for himself and most importantly his wife and kids. He is too big for the hood now. The hood is where he is from, but not where he wants to stay and is definetly not a place you want to raise kids... you raise kids in the hood, you just raise more "thugs" and I remember a quote where they said a thug is a person who is unable to reach his goals due to the social pressure... now thats not a definition you'll find in a dictionary, but it's a way to think about hood-life... he wants the best for his kids, he wants them to be able to feel like they can do what they are capable of... he wont let his wife be publicized because she deserves her privacy, something Snoop has totally lost. So this is what he does, then people start hating on him, say he isn't real anymore... that he's not ghetto, saying he went HOLLYWOOD and sold out the hood.... they just don't understand. So I'll say it for Snoop this time.

HE DON'T GIVE A FUCK IF HE'S MISUNDERSTOOD

I wonder why Ice Cube changed his mind and decided to stop being real?

He was never real. That was an impersonation. THat motherfucker realised he had a gift of rappin and started to act like ayour regular homeboy from the streets. But once the real shit started to get thrown off the charts, he put away his mask and showed his real face - Don Mega, another mainstream fake ass motherfucker.

Everytime I listen to Lethal Injection I listen to a dead man's record... Cuz Ice Cube never exists any more.

I be one of those tall skinny cats with the four-nine
Three-eleven that rips through Power-U's and breaks spines
I culture power-tuggin' boys who be drunk, buggin'
Lovin' loud noise from toys, club thuggin'
Sweet chocolate deluxe, rugged, sexy buttercup
That don't give a fuck about the cop in the club
RZA in DO U
