Yeah pretty much. Has the same "Let's Jam" sample. Snoop probably remembered this track from back in the day.

I think the song that Snoop was inspired by was "Radio Activity Rapp (Let's Jam)" by MC Fosty and Lovin' C.

that shit is taken from "the lost tapes" ... the whole cd quality kinda sucks but thats more or less all old tape rips ...
