X FILES star DAVID DUCHOVNY is being lined up for the new Starsky And Hutch movie. The actor, who quit playing Fox Mulder last May to pursue a film career, will be Hutch to BEN STILLER's Starsky. Rapper SNOOP DOGG will play Huggy Bear in the remake of the classic 70s TV cop series.
