Game arrested in LA suburb

Rapper The Game was arrested this past Saturday (May 20) in Burbank, Calif., and charged with possession of a dangerous weapon after police pulled his vehicle over in the suburb of Los Angeles.

The Compton, California-bred rapper, born Jayceon Taylor, was detained around 9 p.m.

Sources told AllHipHop.com that Game was pulled over for having no license plate on his 2006 Bentley and having a tint on his windows that was too dark.

While police did not confirm why the rapper was initially stopped, Lt. Puglisi of the Burbank Police Department did confirm that Game was arrested, charged with possession of a dangerous weapon, and released on $20,000 bail.

Sources also told AllHipHop.com that police found a set of brass knuckles in the rapper's car, resulting in his arrest and his vehicle being impounded.

Representatives for The Game did not comment.

damn he got stopped for not having a license plate on his BENTLY? geez he must have overlooked that part when buying it.  and about the windows tint being to dark is just a cop excuse to pull someone over. But what gave them probable cause to search the vehile? would not having a license plate allow them to do that?

What's so funny about it?  I don't know if you've heard or not but niggas on the street do have guns.  So for a rapper (especially one of Game's stature) to be caught out there without a weapon if and when some dumb shit goes down would be some unfortuate shit (ain't nothing funny about that)

Speaking from experience i was also arrested for posseion of a deadly weapon in the same burbank/glendale area, and i can tell y'all that the pigs in that area r the worst/kurupt pigs in the L.A. county. I was pulled over on sum racial profiling shit and my car was searched illegally even though  my license and all my papers were legit, the only reason i was even in that area was bcuz i was on my way 2 a studio there, which they decided 2 arrest me rite in front of, but anyways this does not suprise me that it happen in this area. so if u an outatowner DO NOT RIDE DIRTY IN THIS AREA!!!
