DPG GUnit Question
« on: May 25, 2006, 01:00:36 AM »
This is for all my true DPG fans out there. If you had a choice would you accept a Dogg Pound album on G-Unit with the slight possibility of a Dr. Dre beat or 2 or 3 on it and 50's involvement, or would you just like a DPG album like the one that is coming June 27th? Indie and on Snoop's label or DPGRecordz with Daz doin it. I was thinking about it and if Mobb Deep can get some Dre beats, DPG should be able to get a couple. But if it takes 50 to get one then Dre got beef wit DP. I personally would just like them to keep it indie and get that money. Start using Fred Wreck and Daz more on the beats and keep it knockin. 50 trying to "piggyback" off of DPG's buzz they are creating.

It seems like going to G-Unit would get DPG more exposure, but at what cost. I am asking would fans support it or refuse it. Seems like a no win for DPG with alot of people. Stay Indie= no sales and no exposure, G-Unit= sell outs and compromise in music with 50 being involved. What do you think

Even if it did go down with G-Unit I don't think Dre and Daz will be even considerin' workin' with each other again...

I think BWS would be good for Daz and Kurupt cause they still would be with a West Coast record label, they wouldn't be labelled sell-outz AND they would certainly get more exposure bein' aligned with Game!
