Well, I'll give two examples off the top of my head:

MC Ren & Cold 187um - Live From Compton "Saturday Night" - really nice guitar
Too $hort, 2Pac & MC Breed - 4 Tha Hustlaz - after Breed's verse and the chorus there's a 20-30 sec electric guitar which ends the song in a perfect way

Mos Def's Blue Black Jack had some great guitar on there courtesy of Shuggie Otis.


Doesn't Dr. Know play a lot of guitar on that album too? He's a great guitarist for a punk rock band (even though he started in jazz and reggae).
