here in SWITZERLAND the new ice cube cd is already out, look at the pictures... 
and the cd is classic as you all know...

But why is the cd already out here, and why you guys im america have to wait till 06.06.06?

It has happened before though that one of my local CD shops receives new albums a few days before the actual release date, but that he already puts them on the shelves. So perhaps that's why you were able to buy the album already.
I don't even have the time to check whether Belgian shops already have the album because of my exams. I'll wait until June 16th to buy it...no more exams for me then

Yeah that happens in the U.S. sometimes but if you break street date you can get fined. I worked at the wherehouse when Jay-Z and all the Eminem albums broke street date. Once the street date is broken, most stores will start to sell the album early.
