i mean when in round september/october all the new releases were announced we were all like damn! the west will blow the fuck up in winter and stuff! i juss wanna remind you of the releases:
warren g
nate dogg
mack 10
ice cube
cypress hill
bones
daz dillinger
dilated peoples
the wash
and more!

but nuthin happened... i mean all albums were tight but nuthin really OUTSTANDIN.. i liked all of those above besides maybe mack 10.
but we'll see what happens now coz the difference of this spring wit this winter is that in spring some new talents will come out (knoc, crooked i) so it may really blow up the west!
i really hope so.

warren g - VERY GOOD CD, BUT FLOP (SALES)
nate dogg - PERSONALLY I'M DELUSED

mack 10 - FLOP
ice cube - JUST A GREATEST HITS
cypress hill - I DONT LIKE EM

bones - JUST 2-3 GOOD TRACKS. NOTHING COMPARED TO ABOVE THE RIM, MURDER WAS THE CASE, GANG RELATED, ETC..

daz dillinger - NO CDS, JUST A COMPILA WITH OLD TRACKS
dilated peoples - MMMMM..

the wash - SEE BONES
and more!

Crooked I is fresh.
Kurupt on Death Row is fresh too! (i mean.. he'll have something new to say, that's sure!)
Knock is fresh..
Roscoe is fresh..
Baby S is fresh..
Bone Thugz.. i'm waiting for the CD

i'm sure they'll go better. Not sure about sales, but.. def about quality.

Yea, nothing turned out great, Warren and "The Wash" weren't what I expected, Nate's was too short. Mack 10 got played out after a while too. Wait until the spring though...

My verdict:
warren g: Poor sales, classic album
nate dogg: Decent album, but to much singing. Poor sales I think.
mack 10: Sub-par album
ice cube: Only greatest hits, and 2 new tracks
cypress hill: Couple of bangers, but it's not very original
bones: Couple of bangers, but below average
daz dillinger: I given up on him
dilated peoples: I heard a few cuts, pretty dope
the wash: 5-6 good tracks, but you'd expect more from D-R-E
