no, thats the flag for the United Kingdom known as the "Union Jack"

its a merger of the flags for england (st georges), scotland (st andrews) and ireland (st patricks)

"The British Union Jack was formed by the union of the flags of Scotland and England when the crowns of Scotland and England were united in 1605 by the accession of James VI of Scotland to the throne of England (as James I of England). Thus we have the "United Kingdom". Wales was already subsumed as a principality in England long before that, so was never considered to have a "portion" of the flag."

Some people are trying to change union jack flag to put some black in their to represent are new multi ethnic society, its fucking crazy how they want to throw out our history in the name of appeasement.

The reFLAG campaign ran from 2003 to 2005.

The campaign was for a change to the Union Flag positively to reflect the diversity of today's United Kingdom, in time for the 400th anniversary of the first Union Flag which was created in 1606. The campaign provoked a lively debate - but no new flag, as yet.
